Refunds
Refunds apply only to orders paid in advance. The refund will be processed according to the terms and conditions stated on the website, provided that the refund request meets the return conditions.
After we receive your request, our shipping partner will contact you within 2 to 7 business days. the monetary cost of your order will be refunded either paid in cash or through any electronic payment methods, or a purchase voucher equal to the value of the returned product will be issued or a replacement product will be sent once we receive the product in its original condition.
