How To Use

Soak Your Pad: Saturate a clean cotton pad or reusable microfiber round generously with the Effaclar Micellar Water.
Remove Eye Makeup First: For eyes, press the damp cotton pad gently over your closed eyelids and hold it there for 5 to 10 seconds to let the micelles dissolve the makeup, then slide it softly downward. Never rub back and forth roughly.
Swipe Globally: Sweep the cotton pad gently across your entire face and neck, moving in smooth outward motions.
Repeat Until Clean: Repeat the process with a fresh pad if needed, until the cotton pad comes away completely clean.
